I make certified raw, organic, vegan, gf, soy free, refined sugar free chocolate from scratch!
Each batch is created by blending raw cacao butter, raw cacao paste, and raw cacao powder, along with other raw, organic, superfood ingredients such as maca, ORMUS Gold, spirulina and more!
Every batch is crafted by using a double boiler, and never allowing anything to reach temperatures above 110 degrees. It takes about 1.5-2 hours to make a batch of 8-9 bars.
It is usually (but not always) tempered, and can sit outside of the fridge in a cool place, but I highly recommend putting it in a lidded, tin or glass container in the fridge. It will last much longer and have less chance of separating or melting.
In the fridge, it will last up to 3 months without losing flavor or quality. Outside the fridge, it may last up to 2 weeks without losing flavor or quality.
Base Ingredients (All organic): Single origin cacao *butter, *paste and *powder; *coconut oil, *agave, cocnut nectar, yacon, *maca powder, ORMUS Gold, *Spirulina, Himilayan pink salt, essential oils.
Other ingredients may include (All organic): *cacao nibs, *kava, CBD Oil, dried herbs, *superfood powders, ORMUS Auterra/Pink/Red/Black, *greens powders, *berries, *flower petals

I usually have my Signature Bar in stock. It includes the base ingredients, plus salt and Sandalwood infused raw cacao nibs.
(I will not mail chocolate during the summer unless it is next day air.)
